BM Total Building Pty Ltd is a registered company in NSW licensed and insured to build your new dream home, renovate your existing premises or provide homeowner maintenance services – no job is too big or too small we are covered for it all.

We are committed to conducting business to protect the health & safety of our employees, you and your home and members of the public.  We are also committed to managing risk by the implementation and practice of best safety practices.

To achieve this, BM Total Building Pty Ltd will:

  • Identify and reduce the risk of work related injuries and illnesses through pro-actively monitoring work practices and implementing mandatory training for all employees.
  • Regularly provide employees with information about hazards and hazard control.
  • Remind all employees of safe work practices prior to commencing work daily.
  • Investigate all incidents to identify the possible cause and implement preventive actions to minimise the risk of occurrence.
  • Comply with all relevant health and safety laws and regulations.

Our team are all insured with a current Workers Compensation policy which provides protection to our employees in the event of a work related injury.

Don’t risk it

Don’t take it for granted that all builders are licensed and insured. Unlicensed contractors are usually breaking the law by working without a license; therefore there is a chance they will not comply with other laws including permit requirements and inspection requirements. This can result in your project not being up to the current building code and needing to be repaired or removed if your home is inspected or your property is sold.
